Non-Profit Effort:
Every quarter, the board of directors designate the charity donations allocation % to various other non-profit organizations - with a minimum of 25% of total profits going to charity. This is currently a "for profit organization", donating to multiple non-profit organizations. Returns Policy:
You bought tickets, but stuff happens. Don't worry, we're here to help.
Canceled or Postponed Events:
In either case, we'll alert you ASAP.
Canceled Events - You'll get an automatic refund for tickets bought online 
Rescheduled Events - We'll contact you with the new date and time. Can't make the new date? Get a refund upon request. 
Replacement Tickets:
Just print again from the link in your confirmation email or your online account.
Refunds and Exchanges:
All tickets for events at participating venues are fully refundable for 72 hours after purchase, up until one week before the event. 
Business Ads:
If you want your ad to be cancelled, please give us 1-week notice and we will pro-rate and refund the money.

Changes to Terms & Conditions:
